How is my data handled?

Your documents, answers, and knowledge base live in your own workspace — a tenant-specific knowledge base separate from every other customer. Every answer generated from your data is traceable back to your source documents. We’re publishing full security documentation as we build; see our security page for how the platform is designed, and ask us anything at the early-access stage.

Does the AI write my RFP responses for me?

It drafts them — from your own approved content, not from the open internet. Every draft shows its sources and a confidence level, and your team approves, edits, or removes each answer before anything is exported. If the knowledge base doesn’t contain a reliable answer, RFPBench tells you plainly rather than inventing one.

What formats do you support?

Excel, Word, and Google Docs on the way in. RFPBench reads the document’s structure, maps the fields, and breaks it into questions you can work on one by one.

I issue RFPs — is this for me too?

Yes. RFPBench is built for both sides. Issuers create RFPs (manually, from a document, or with AI), distribute them, track responder progress, and compare submissions side by side with automated scoring support.

What does early access include?

Access ahead of general availability, a direct line to the founding team, and genuine input into the roadmap. We’ll ask for feedback on your RFP process in return. Details on the early-access page.

What happens to answers my team has already approved?

They stay approved. When you approve an answer in an RFP, you won’t have to revisit it the next time you open that RFP. Your past RFP answers can also be ingested into the knowledge base, so approved content is reusable across future responses.

How much will it cost?
